「Michiko Miyake:Light Fragments –
Encounter between Art and Recycling (2002)
Two – layered mousse with yogurt and pear. Liquor jelly in the mousse is modeled after glass bottles that appear in her work, making a refreshing impression.

Art Buffet (2000)
Ever – popular image cake modeled after Yayoi Kusama’s “Mirror Room (Pumpkin).” This time, pumpkins that endlessly multiply in the mirror became pumpkin mousse & chou ice!

The Kage Museum –
In Search of Missing Shadows (2000)
Jasmine tea flavored cake with mango and mousse made from almond powder. Based on an installation where familiar objects of various shapes appear with shadows or silhouettes. Recreating that sensation in the galleries on the plate.

The Hero (1999)
Who’s the hero for this plate, a cocoa – flavored cookie? Black sesame Bavarian cream with cheese cream and coffee sauce.

Tabaimo –
yumechigae (2003)
Cream cheese mousse with Hinomaru and a screen made with biscuit modeled after “Japanese Kitchen.” With a familiar “obasan” cookie.
