Manpukuya Mogumogu Illustrated Guide No. 4: Roy Lichtenstein

The manga-style illustrated commentary about artworks, artists and the museum by illustrator and former museum curator Manpukuya Mogumogu presents readers with a new angle from which to think about contemporary art.

A leading figure in the Pop Art movement, Roy Lichtenstein (1923-1997) was widely recognized for his paintings that resemble blown-up panels from American comic books.
