About Returning Merchandise |

Substandard merchandise will be exchanged with new merchandise.
Should you wish to return your purchase or exchange with other merchandise, please notify us within 7 days after the receipt of the merchandise.
Please do not return wearable items that have been worn, opened CDs and DVDs.
For the delivery of mistaken items, and for items that have been damaged or soiled during transport, please contact us within 7 days after receiving such items. We will take prompt action to replace them or refund your purchase price.

Additional Charge for Large or Heavy Items |

An additional charge will be added for large or heavy items that exceed the standard limit for domestic home delivery service (i.e., items when packaged with a weight of 10 kg or more, or with total dimensions (height +
length) that add up to 100 cm or more; e.g., the Sky Umbrella, Tooth Lamp and Oba-Q Lamp).
