Hara Museum ARC

Please read the following conditions regarding the holding of private parties at Hara Museum ARC.

• Parties should be held strictly for a private purpose. For Art-related or commercial-based parties, please inquire. The Museum reserves the right to refuse a request to hold a party based on the party’s content or purpose.
• Party venue shall be restricted to the cafe facilities and the garden, and does not include exhibition space (museum galleries). Eating, drinking, and smoking will be allowed only in the cafe facilities, and are strictly prohibited in the galleries of the Museum.
• Catering service will be arranged through the Café d’Art. The bringing of food and beverages to the party from the outside will not be allowed.
• China, silverware, flowers or other accessories will be arranged by the Café d’Art. The bringing of those accessories to the party from the outside will not be allowed.
• Please consult us in advance if you wish to use a wedding planner, party organizer, or flower coordinator.
• The party venue shall be described as follows on invitation cards: Café d’Art, Hara Museum ARC
• Photographs taken during the party are for private use only.
• The Museum reserves the right to cancel a party at any time when deemed necessary.

Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of all necessary fees (entrance fee, etc). Additional conditions may be added to ensure the safety of the Museum’s exhibited artwork.
